The company "MB Rus" - the former Russian office of Mercedes-Benz - announced sales in Russia of Chinese SUVs premium class Aito and Li Auto. The new models will appear in the "MB Rus" salons at the end of September.
Aito cars (this is a joint brand of Huawei and Seres) will be presented with two models - M5 and M7. And both are already available for order.
In China, the Aito M5 is available in two power variations - 272 and 496 hp (with one electric motor or two, respectively). The Aito M5 will be offered in Luxury and Flagship trims, costing 6.85 million rubles. The Aito M7 will be available in Luxury and Flagship trims, costing 7.4 million rubles. The horsepower of the Aito M7 in China is 272 or 449.
As for Li Auto, the Russian market will be offered the Li Auto Li 7 crossover in three versions (Max, Pro, and Air), the Li 8 in Max and Pro versions, and the Li 9 in Max version. Their prices have not yet been announced.
"MB Rus" does not refuse from selling Mercedes-Benz cars, however, under current conditions, the company decided to expand its portfolio with other premium brands. Also, "MB Rus" became the exclusive distributor of Chinese commercial equipment Forland in Russia.
