The company "Roboavia" presented a strike drone called "Surprise". The quadcopter is capable of carrying two 82mm mines.
The "Surprise" drone has a pretty decent payload - two 82mm mines. At the moment, we are conducting tests of this drone, which we plan to complete by the end of this year, and already next year to start its serial production and delivery to the troops.
The drone can be folded and transported in a backpack, but its mass is decent - 24 kg. The range of the drone in the strike version (that is, with attached mines) is 10 km, while it has a power reserve to return to base.
However, it can be used as a barrage ammunition, if the priority or price of the target exceeds the damage from the loss of the device. Then its range one way is 20 kilometers.
Why the drone was called "Surprise"? The thing is that the drone flies at an altitude of 400 meters, and the enemy does not see or hear it.
That is, the shell comes as if from nowhere.
The "Surprise" is equipped with a video camera, a thermal imager, a system for correcting the drop of ammunition. The drone can be controlled both from a ground control station and just a joystick.
