The platform of the National Technology Initiative (NTI) has announced a new drone, developed in Russia. The drone is intended to deliver a first-aid kit to victims in the forest, mountains, and other hard-to-reach places.
Alternative methods of searching and providing first medical aid to the victim [in hard-to-reach regions] take on average from five hours to three days, their cost varies from 7 to 80 thousand rubles per hour. Thanks to the use of our drones, the cost of this operation will be 1.5 thousand rubles per hour, and the average time [of delivering the first aid kit] will be reduced to 40 minutes. This will significantly increase the survival rate of the victim and reduce the risk of complications.

The creators say that the drone withstands a temperature range from -40 to +40 Celsius and can transport a first aid kit weighing up to 30 kg. In the future, they plan to switch to composite materials, which will extend the temperature range by 20 Celsius degrees in both directions.
The drone has already passed tests at the Novinki airfield in the Moscow region.
