A new unmanned vehicle for military purposes has appeared in Russia. This is the kamikaze drone 'Gastello', its serial production has already begun.
The new Russian FPV drone was developed taking into account the wishes of the UAV operators working in the CVO zone. In particular, the copter will have the ability to fly at night and operate in the dark. The design capacity of the new production is five thousand units per month.
At the moment, the share of Russian components in 'Gastello' is estimated at 30% (carbon frames and bodies are domestically produced), but in the coming months, developers plan to localize the device by 95%.
