The Superjob service conducted a survey in which 1.6 thousand economically active Russians took part. They were asked to assess their attitude to President Vladimir Putin's idea to transfer Russian officials to domestic cars.
The survey results indicate that the majority of respondents support this proposal: 77% of respondents said "for", only 11% said "against", the remaining 12% found it difficult to answer.
On Friday, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin announced an agreement reached, under which deputies will use Moskvich, Lada, Aurus and... Volga cars. Thus, he not only spoke in favor of Putin's proposal, but also confirmed the resurrection of the legendary domestic car brand.
