The seaplane drone can land not only on water, but also on snow and in a field, and it does not require any special infrastructure. I think it will be in demand for tasks such as air delivery, environmental monitoring, monitoring of extended facilities, and fire extinguishing. According to calculations, if we take a payload of up to 800 kg, the flight time is 15 hours.
The top manager said that the maximum speed of the new product will be 200 km/h. A full-fledged premiere of the device will take place in 2024. The UAV will be tested at a hydro airfield in Nizhny Novgorod.
