The CEO of the N. E. Zhukovsky Institute Andrey Dutov revealed the name of the future Russian supersonic passenger business jet – it will be named "Swift".
The creation of the "Swift" is a perspective even more remote than the launch of the Russian Orbital Station (ROS): a gun demonstrator will appear only in 2029 (previously it was mentioned about 2027). According to Dutov, the construction of the aircraft does not imply the presence of glazing.
Recall that what is now known as the "Swift", is being developed by the United Aircraft Corporation in conjunction with a number of research institutes (including, of course, the N. E. Zhukovsky Institute), since 2018.
