A new format - Stories, has been introduced in the Telegram messenger. Stories are essentially identical to those long-implemented in Instagram and available on WhatsApp (where they are called 'Statuses').
To record Stories, you need to update the Messenger (both the PC version and for Android and iOS). Afterwards, a button for creating Stories will appear next to the 'Write message' icon. All messenger users can view stories, but only those with a Premium subscription can record (at least, initially it will be like this).
Reminder, Pavel Durov announced the introduction of Stories format in Telegram at the end of June. Users can determine who will have access to view stories: in the messenger settings you can choose all messenger users, only your contacts, favorite contacts or a list of close friends. You can also specify the duration of the story - 6, 12, 24, 48 hours. In addition, you can use photo and video editing tools.
