Retailer Ozon announced today the launch of sales in Armenia.
«Residents of Armenia can already order goods from Russia on Ozon. Almost the entire range of the Russian marketplace is available to them - 196 million product names in more than 20 categories: from books and clothing to food or health products», – the company said.
At first, goods will be delivered through the Omni Logistics courier service and through pick-up points throughout the country, but in the future Ozon plans to develop its logistics infrastructure in Armenia.
«Ozon continues to develop in the international arena in order to open up new opportunities for convenient online shopping for residents of neighboring countries. We want to strengthen our infrastructure in the country so that even residents of the most remote corners of Armenia can order online and choose products from a diverse range», – said Alexey Sapon, Director of Operations and Development at Ozon in the CIS.
