The Pskov-based company "Azimuth" showcased the extreme "Tactic" all-terrain vehicle at the SPIEF-2023 forum. This special vehicle belongs to the class of medium-sized snow and swamp vehicles. It has excellent cross-country ability on soft ground, can float at speeds up to 5 km/h, and can carry loads up to 700 kg. The maximum speed of the "Tactic" on land is 60 km/h.
From a technical point of view, the "Tactic" is an interesting machine: it has a transfer case from the "Niva", UAZ Spicer axles, and an engine from VAZ with corresponding mechanics. As an alternative, a Japanese engine with an automatic transmission is offered.
Currently, "Azimuth" is building a factory that will produce various all-terrain vehicles, including the "Tactic".
