The government of the Irkutsk region announced that JSC "Russian Hydrogen" has established a management company, LLC "Federal Center of Chemistry "Usolye-Sibirskoe"" for the creation of a corresponding center in the region.
"We have established a management company. The investment in the Federal Development Center of the Chemical Industry in the Irkutsk Region will be about 830 billion rubles over 10 years. We are also considering attracting measures of state support, especially into the infrastructure of the project and R&D", - said Eduard Davydov, CEO of 'Russian Hydrogen'.
"We plan to start production of epichlorohydrin, epoxy resin, phosphorus and its derivatives and other types of products demanded by consumers" - Davydov added. It is also known that one of the key projects of the center will be the organization of membrane electrolysis for the production of caustic soda and chlorine.
JSC "Russian Hydrogen" is a management company, which includes a number of chemical productions on a cluster principle.
