«Local production of ABS is already being launched in Kostroma. Serial deliveries of ABS to Russian automakers will begin on July 1,» said Vasily Shpak.
The Deputy Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade reported that they have already managed to import-substitute electronic control units, harness products and, partially, sensors. «We plan to further increase the share of Russian electronic components in the automotive industry, as well as localize the missing electronic architecture,» he added.
