PJSC Sollers and AzerMash LLC have signed a memorandum of cooperation, which implies the launch of production of Sollers light commercial vehicles in Azerbaijan.
Under the agreement, Sollers vehicles will be produced at the AzerMash plant using Russian components. Which models are planned to be produced in the neighboring country is not specified, but at the moment the Sollers lineup is represented by two models – Argo and Atlant. Their production was established at the plant in the Alabuga SEZ at the end of 2022 from Chinese JAC vehicle kits. It is possible that both models will be produced in Azerbaijan.
