TASS shared a study conducted within the framework of a special project with the Russian Public Opinion Research Center. The project studied the attitude of Russians towards smart home devices. As it turned out, the majority of those surveyed do not use smart home devices.

"72% of Russians do not use smart devices for the home, the indicator is maximal in the group of active TV viewers - 95%. Indifferent to modern technologies are also representatives of the older generation 60+ years (don't use 87%), Russians with secondary education and below (85-86%), as well as villagers (82%)", - say the researchers. A total of 1.6 thousand Russians participated in the survey.

Among those who still use smart solutions, the robot vacuum cleaner is the most popular, it was chosen by 58% of smart device users. Smart speaker (44%), Smart TV (12%), smart light and smart socket 10% follow. It is notable that two thirds of the users of the robot vacuum cleaner are women. Smart speakers are also used by more women than men .
