The head of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation announced that the department may launch a pilot project for concluding agreements with operators using QR codes this summer.

My passport data is also there. I also sign the agreement with an electronic signature, "Gosklyuch",» said Shadaev. He added that everything necessary for the implementation of the pilot is available. The Ministry of Digital Development believes that this approach will allow "getting rid of paper."
