Due to Western sanctions, the Sberbank Online app became unavailable in the App Store catalog in April of last year. A year has passed, and now it can be downloaded and installed on iPhones again through the official marketplace, only the app is now called SBOL.
«We confirm that the use of SBOL is completely safe, and customer data is reliably protected,» Sberbank said, adding that installing SBOL is recommended as new features have been added to it. But after installing SBOL, previous versions of Sber's mobile banking can be deleted.
