The Moscow Region company TREKOL has started selling the modernized TREKOL-39041 all-terrain vehicle, model year 2026. The vehicle is built on a five-seat body of a production UAZ Hunter, Wroom.ru reported.

The main feature is huge tubeless low-pressure tires. They reduce ground pressure and allow the all-terrain vehicle to float through small water obstacles. Ground clearance is 490 mm. There is a choice of a ZMZ-40905 gasoline engine with a volume of 2.7 liters and 150 hp or a Hyundai D4BF turbodiesel with a volume of 2.5 liters and 83 hp. The gearbox is a five-speed manual, all-wheel drive, with a reduction gear and inter-axle differential lock.
The gasoline TREKOL-39041 costs from 4,670,000 rubles, the diesel version from 5,200,000 rubles. Options — from wheel chocks to centralized tire inflation — will add several hundred thousand more. It is allowed to drive on public roads, but the all-terrain vehicle can only be operated with a tractor driver's license.
In the comments, the price is called overpriced: it is claimed that for 5 million one can buy a Mi-2 or a decommissioned BTR. Others point out that the model has been produced since 1999 and there is demand for it.
