The Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex named after G. M. Beriev has received a new financial claim: the Neklinovsky branch of the regional psychiatric hospital is demanding 204.5 thousand rubles from the enterprise for medical services for employees. The claim arose against the backdrop of the aircraft plant's difficult financial results, which recorded a loss of about 5 billion rubles at the end of 2025.
Under the agreement concluded in December 2025, the medical institution conducted preventive psychiatric examinations and medical certifications for the enterprise's employees. The hospital claims that the plant did not pay for the services rendered. In addition to the principal debt, the plaintiff demands to recover the accrued penalties.
The new dispute adds to a series of claims against TANTK named after Beriev from creditors. Earlier, the Moscow company "Millennium - Business Travel Solutions" initiated bankruptcy proceedings against the enterprise. Applications for declaring the aircraft plant insolvent were also filed by other organizations. However, the fate of each application depends on its procedural status and the court's decision.
The financial performance of the enterprise explains why the situation with settlements attracts attention. In 2025, TANTK's revenue amounted to about 3.8 billion rubles, and its net loss reached 5 billion rubles. A year earlier, the plant, on the contrary, received a net profit of 1.3 billion rubles. Over the year, the financial result changed by more than 6 billion rubles - from profit to a multi-billion loss.
