The Crew-13 has already arrived in Florida and moved on to the final stage of preparation for the flight to the ISS. Sergey Teteryatnikov and his colleagues traveled from Houston to the Kennedy Space Center on two-seat supersonic T-38 aircraft, after which they settled into the crew quarters for final pre-flight procedures.

Crew-13 includes Roscosmos cosmonaut Sergey Teteryatnikov, NASA astronauts Jessica Watkins and Luke Delaney, and Canadian Space Agency astronaut Joshua Kutryk. For Teteryatnikov, Delaney, and Kutryk, the upcoming flight will be their first visit to the International Space Station. Watkins has already worked in orbit as part of Crew-4 and spent 170 days on the ISS.

The launch of Crew-13 is scheduled for October 1 at 6:10 PM Moscow time. The Falcon 9 rocket with the Dragon spacecraft is to launch from SLC-40 at the U.S. Space Force Base at Cape Canaveral, not directly from the Kennedy Space Center. On September 25, NASA and SpaceX completed the flight readiness review, after which they continued preparations for the launch.

It is noteworthy that the initial mission timeline had to be adjusted after an oxidizer leak was discovered in the Dragon propulsion system. NASA and SpaceX conducted additional checks and necessary work, and after successfully completing the readiness assessment, returned to preparing for the October 1 launch.
