Transfers to cards of the Belarusian payment system Belkart have appeared in the My MTS application. For Russians, this can become another way to quickly top up a local card before a trip to Belarus or send money to relatives and friends in the country.

Transfers are commission-free and available not only to MTS subscribers. You can log in to the application using the number of any Russian operator, and withdraw money from a card of any Russian bank, e-wallet, or MTS personal account.

Funds are sent in Russian rubles and automatically converted into Belarusian rubles. According to the company, money usually arrives within a few minutes. You can transfer from 100 to 560 thousand rubles at a time; the same limit applies for the entire month.

Belkart is the national payment system of Belarus. More than 9 million such cards are in circulation – a number comparable to the country's population. Cards are accepted at retail outlets with cashless payment, so the transfer can be used, for example, to top up a local account in advance for purchases during a trip.

To send money, in My MTS, you need to open the “Money” section, select “Abroad”, then Belarus, specify the debit account, amount, and recipient's card number.
