Monoblocks with Russian liquid crystal modules have started production in Moscow under the NexTouch brand: the device combines a computing unit and a touch screen in one body and supports contactless control using artificial intelligence algorithms. This was announced by Deputy Mayor for Transport and Industry Maxim Liksutov.

Serial production was launched by Nex-T, a resident of the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone (SEZ), operating under the NexTouch brand. Previously, such LCD modules were entirely purchased abroad, and domestic manufacturers depended on external supplies and price changes.

NexTouch CEO Vladimir Krikushenko stated that local production will provide more stable supplies, reduce costs, and shorten delivery times. The equipment is designed for offices, educational and medical institutions, industrial enterprises, government agencies, and critical information infrastructure facilities.

Monoblocks can display production data, work with digital and 3D models, and train employees directly at their workplaces; contactless control is an additional function.

Earlier, Nex-T launched the production of double-sided information displays with LCD screens – engineers adapted the displays to vibrations, temperature changes, and increased loads.
