AvtoVAZ sold 29,225 cars in Russia in August 2026, which is 3.3% more than in the same month of 2025, the company's press service reported.

Lada Granta remained the best-selling model: 11,192 units. Lada Vesta showed 5,739 cars, which is 3.4% higher than the July result. The Lada Largus family grew by 7.7% compared to July, reaching 3,243 units. Lada Iskra – 3,292 units, Lada Niva family – 5,361 SUVs.

For the first eight months of 2026, sales volume amounted to 212,316 cars – almost at the level of the same period in 2025. The growth in August did not compensate for the lack of dynamics in previous months, but individual models show a revival: Largus and Vesta added to July, which indicates a gradual recovery in demand.
