PAO Yakovlev has filed a lawsuit in the Moscow Arbitration Court for approximately 5.2 billion rubles against 3 defendants simultaneously – the German Raikhlin Aircraft Engine Developments GmbH, the investment company Finam, and its founder Viktor Remshe.
Raikhlin Aircraft Engine Developments GmbH is associated with entrepreneur Vladimir Raikhlin, as reported by Prime agency. The company was involved in the development of an aircraft diesel engine, a project that received funding from Finam.
Yakovlev is part of the OAK structure of Rostec State Corporation and is engaged in the development and production of civil aircraft, including the SJ-100 and MC-21-310.
Earlier, the Moscow Arbitration Court denied the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade's claim for 179 million rubles against OAK. The essence of the financial dispute was not disclosed at the time.
