PD-14 and PD-35 manufacturer owes 100 million rubles and asked to "understand the situation"

"ODK-Perm Motors" urged the court to consider the difficult financial situation

The "ODK-Perm Motors" plant was ordered to pay almost 100 million rubles of debt to the Chelyabinsk enterprise "Uralskaya Kuznitsa". The decision was made by the Arbitration Court of Perm Krai.

The reason was a product supply agreement concluded in early 2022. "Uralskaya Kuznitsa" demanded to recover 95.8 million rubles of the principal debt and another 5.2 million rubles in penalties.

During the process, representatives of the Perm plant did not dispute the amount of the debt, but pointed to the difficult economic situation and sanctions restrictions.

The main product line of "ODK-Perm Motors" includes PD-14 and PS-90A engines. The plant is also working on the promising PD-35 engine.

Earlier, the Nizhny Novgorod company "Sfera" filed a lawsuit for the bankruptcy of ODK-Perm Motors due to debts.
