The Rosel holding is working on adapting the multifunctional surgical complex "Alkor" for the needs of military field medicine. The device, which has already proven itself in civilian clinics, will receive a new modification focused on working in field conditions.

The main advantage of "Alkor" is its minimally invasiveness. Instead of large incisions, surgeons make minimal punctures. This reduces operation time, speeds up the recovery of the wounded, and increases the throughput of field hospitals.

Several key instruments are combined in one mobile unit. The radiofrequency surgery device performs precise incisions and simultaneously coagulates – instantly "sealing" damaged vessels, stopping blood loss. The built-in ultrasound allows doctors to see internal organs and blood flow in real-time – this is especially important for laparoscopic operations in the abdominal cavity.

The complex is equipped with a smoke evacuation system – a powerful extractor that removes aerosols formed during laser and electrosurgical operations, protecting the surgeons' respiratory tracts.

Rosel notes that the new modification is based on technologies already successfully tested in civilian clinics. Adapting "Alkor" for military medicine is the next step in the development of the complex, which can become an indispensable tool in field hospitals.
