Rosmorport announced an electronic auction for the scheduled dry dock repair of the dual-fuel ferry "General Chernyakhovsky" (project CNF19M) for its next survey by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping. The contract value is 149.8 million rubles. This is confirmed by materials from the Unified Information System in the Procurement Sector.
Applications for participation in the bidding are accepted until July 20, and the results will be announced on July 27, 2026. The winner of the auction must complete the repair no later than November 16 of the current year. The vessel is based in the seaport of Ust-Luga in the Leningrad Region.
The ferry "General Chernyakhovsky" was built by Russian and Turkish shipbuilders in 2022. At the Kuzey Star Shipyard in Istanbul, the hull assembly and forming were carried out, and large-sized equipment, including dual-fuel engines (LNG and diesel fuel) and gas tanks, was installed.
After launching, the vessel was towed to the Nevsky Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plant (NSSZ). In St. Petersburg, the outfitting work was completed and the equipment was commissioned.

In October 2022, the "General Chernyakhovsky" began operating on the Ust-Luga — Baltiysk line. Its task is to ensure stable transport communication between the Kaliningrad Region and the main territory of Russia.
