The national platform Max has launched a Spanish-language version of its interface, TASS was informed by the company's press service. The language can be switched on Android devices in the "App Language" section; the option will soon appear in desktop and web versions. The translation covers video calls, polls in group chats, and privacy settings.
In addition, mini-applications for entrepreneurs have become available in the messenger. The tool allows automating customer interaction through chatbots, launching an online storefront or company website for direct sales, creating channels for brand promotion, and using ready-made integrations with CRM and chatbot platforms. Currently, Max's business partners include over 500,000 companies and organizations.
The Spanish interface is a deliberate expansion into the markets of Latin America and Africa. By July, the number of foreign users of the messenger exceeded 10 million, and registration is open to citizens of 40 states. Mini-applications, in turn, transform Max from a communication tool into a full-fledged business ecosystem capable of competing with Telegram.
