The Russian premium brand Esteo has opened order taking for the mid-size MX SUV. As reported by the press service of the AGR holding, the model is produced using a full cycle at the plant in Shushary and is offered in two trim levels – "Premium" for 3,990,000 rubles and "Flagship" for 4,290,000 rubles.

The car is equipped with a two-liter turbo engine with 197 hp, an eight-speed automatic transmission, and an all-wheel drive system. Fuel consumption in the combined cycle is 9.2 liters per 100 km, and the maximum speed is 210 km/h. Among the seven driving modes, four are designed for off-road, and the ground clearance is 200 mm. The front seats have electric adjustments and multi-zone massage, the multimedia system runs on a Snapdragon processor and consists of three independent displays, including a separate screen for the front passenger.

In China, this model is known as Exlantix ET5 and is sold exclusively with a series-type hybrid powertrain. For Russia, the engineers of the AGR holding localized a unique gasoline version, adding a seven-liter windshield washer fluid reservoir, an automatic rear-view camera washer, and full body galvanization. Thus, the buyer gets a premium SUV adapted to local conditions, assembled at the former General Motors site.
