The characteristics of the new hybrid power station called "Newton", which has already begun to be supplied to the Russian military, have become known. This station is capable of generating up to 30 kWh of electricity, consuming only 7 liters of gasoline. The development was carried out by the Russian company "Feniks 9", known for its production of electrical equipment for electronic warfare systems.

According to information from the creators, the station is capable of supporting the functioning of electronic warfare systems with up to 20 channels. It is also designed for autonomous power supply of communication nodes, field command posts, and shelters. The station provides power for household electrical appliances with a capacity of up to 2 kW and charging mobile gadgets with a capacity of up to 15 W.

The weight of the unit is 36 kg. The latest version of the station is capable of providing up to 30 kWh of electricity with a consumption of only 7 liters of gasoline. The company reported that the product is already being produced in small batches, and about 100 such stations have been transferred to the Russian military.

According to the developers, during operation, one of the stations continuously powered a communication repeater for eight days, with more than a liter of gasoline remaining in the tank after operation. The company noted that a conventional gasoline generator would have consumed fuel in similar conditions in about ten hours.

When solar panels are connected, the station's autonomy exceeds one month, which significantly increases the continuous operating time of the equipment without refueling.
