Roskomnadzor has not imposed restrictions on EA Sports FC and Battlefield 6 games, the agency stated in response to numerous user complaints. As specified by the RKN press service, no blocking of Electronic Arts services has been carried out in Russia.

According to the Detector 404 portal, network failures were recorded at levels ranging from 72% to 86% during the night and morning hours of July 3. In total, gamers submitted over 730 reports of connection issues within 24 hours.

The main complaints concern error 0:85008S in Battlefield 6, prolonged connection to the main menu of EA Sports FC 26, and login problems with The Sims 4. Some users have already reported restored access.

Neither Electronic Arts nor Russian regulators have yet named the exact cause of the incident.

According to M.Video statistics, over the past 15 years, Russians have purchased more than 850,000 copies of FIFA and EA Sports FC football simulators. FIFA 15 remains the best-selling title, and the new EA Sports FC line quickly secured a place among the top ten best-sellers.
