Sales of the five-seater version of the flagship Tenet T8 crossover, which was previously only available in a seven-seater configuration, have started in Russia. The minimum cost of the new product, taking into account the trade-in discount, is 2,999,000 rubles.

Instead of the previous 2-liter turbo engine, the five-seater Tenet T8 received a 1.6-liter engine with 186 hp and 275 N·m of torque, paired with a seven-speed robot with two wet clutches.

The manufacturer allowed the crossover to be fueled with AI-92 gasoline. The trunk volume varies from 889 to 1930 liters, and the permissible mass of the towed trailer reaches 750 kg.

The equipment includes a 15.6-inch multimedia screen, a digital instrument panel with a new classic design theme, and a voice assistant activated by the command “Hello, Tenet”.

The full-cycle production of the model, including welding and painting, has been established at the AGR plant in Kaluga. The body and underbody have received enhanced anti-corrosion treatment, taking into account Russian road conditions. The total period of technical support is 5 years or 150 thousand km of mileage. The car is available in black, white, gray, and green.
