Amur Metallurgical Plant "Rusolovo" to be launched in 2028 in Khabarovsk Krai

A new Amur Metallurgical Plant is planned to be launched in Khabarovsk Krai by 2028, which will become one of the key production facilities for tin in Russia. The project is being implemented by "Rusolovo" company, part of the "Seligdar" group. The plant is expected to reach its full production capacity in 2029.

According to industry representatives, the future plant will be focused on producing at least 8.3 thousand tons of refined tin annually. The total investment in the project from 2026 is estimated at a minimum of 17.6 billion rubles. The launch of production, according to the company's estimates, will create about 422 jobs in the region and strengthen the industrial infrastructure of the Far East.

Igor Korytov, head of the Tin Ore Company, reported that the project is on schedule, and the plant itself should become one of the most significant elements in the chain of tin raw material processing in the country. It is noted that the development of the enterprise will increase the depth of ore base processing and reduce dependence on external supplies.

"Rusolovo" company holds leading positions in tin ore mining and concentrate production in Russia, operating at several industrial sites in Siberia and the Far East.
