In Russian car dealerships, stocks of Solaris HC and Solaris KRX cars are sharply decreasing: dealers are reporting an actual shortage of popular models, and prices for the remaining cars are starting to rise above recommended levels. This is most noticeable in the crossover and compact hatchback segments, where certain trim levels are already available in single units.

The market situation is shaped by limited supplies and depletion of warehouse stocks. According to market participants, the production of cars under the Solaris brand at the St. Petersburg site was effectively halted at the end of 2025, after which new volumes in 2026 were not formed on the same scale.

The most tense situation is observed with the Solaris HC crossover, previously known as Hyundai Creta, as well as with the Solaris KRX hatchback, the successor to Kia Rio X-Line. In a number of dealerships, only individual versions remain, which intensifies competition for available cars.

Dealers note that demand is supported by a combination of factors: a proven technical platform, a classic automatic transmission, availability of service, and high liquidity in the secondary market. Against this background, some trim levels are already being sold at prices higher than recommended – the difference in some cases reaches tens of thousands of rubles.

According to industry analysts, current warehouse stocks may only last until the end of 2026, but sales dynamics indicate a faster reduction in available cars.
