After the "Max" messenger was removed from the App Store, some iPhone users may switch to other smartphones. This opinion was expressed by Mikhail Oseevsky, President of "Rostelecom", at the SPIEF.
According to him, if iPhone owners cannot use "Max", the service's traffic will objectively decrease. In this case, some of the audience may choose Android devices or other operating systems, including the Russian "Aurora".
Since iPhones will stop working with "Max", of course, traffic will decrease. Objectively. Then people will either switch to Android phones, or to other operating systems, for example, to the Russian "Aurora".
At the same time, the head of "Rostelecom" emphasized that the national messenger has already taken a stable place in the market. According to him, last week, in the network of operator T2, which is part of "Rostelecom", there were 24.5 million "Max" users alone.
