The "Ekran" enterprise from Samara has filed a lawsuit against the Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex (TANTK) named after G. M. Beriev. They seek to recover 52.7 million rubles from the manufacturers of the unique Be-200 amphibious aircraft.

The case is being heard by the Arbitration Court of the Rostov Region. As stated in the lawsuit, the Samara residents want to recover a debt: 31.7 million rubles is the principal amount, and another 21 million rubles is a penalty.

Recall that by the end of 2025, TANTK named after Beriev incurred a net loss of more than 5 billion rubles.

Exports collapsed by 78%, but the enterprise intends to continue its financial and economic activities.
