New motorhome based on Sollers SF5 shown in Russia

The camper received a diesel engine, automatic transmission, and a full-fledged living area

A new Russian motorhome based on the Sollers SF5, which is currently undergoing certification tests, was shown in Kolomna. The project was presented by the Sollers group together with the ST Nizhegorodets company.

The novelty is based on the Sollers SF5 commercial vehicle and is equipped with a 150 hp diesel engine paired with an automatic transmission. The manufacturer notes that the body is made of galvanized steel of Russian production.

The basic equipment of the model includes LED daytime running lights, electric drive and heated mirrors, power windows, air conditioning, cruise control, an on-board computer, and an audio system with MP3 support. Safety is provided by ABS and ESC systems, hill start assist, two airbags, and a tire pressure monitoring system.

The living module is made of Russian isothermal sandwich panels with a composite profile. The interior space is designed to accommodate four people. The front part is equipped with a dining area with a folding table and storage space. There is also a kitchen with a hob, sink, and refrigerator, as well as a combined bathroom.

For relaxation, there are two main beds measuring 2000×1400 mm, located in the stern and in the alcove above the cabin. If necessary, additional sleeping places can be arranged by transforming the seats in the dining area.

A combined heater and a roof-mounted air conditioner help maintain a comfortable microclimate. The motorhome is also equipped with a separate battery for the living compartment and an external power connection system. Equipment control is carried out via a single remote control.

The motorhome is expected to go on sale by the end of 2026, while it is undergoing certification tests.
