Users of paid parking lots, where entry and exit are not equipped with control means, will be able to pay for the service within 24 hours. This is stated in the draft law of the Russian Ministry of Transport, published on the federal portal of regulatory legal acts for public discussion.
The document will for the first time at the federal level establish the concept of parking activity and build a unified parking management system.
