The new storage facility is designed for year-round operation with liquid cargoes: crude oil and petroleum products.

A special feature of the design is the ability to safely transfer fuel to any type of transport, from sea tankers to railway tanks, even with water disturbance up to 3 points.

Engineers have taken into account the climatic features of the northern regions. The equipment and materials of the floating storage facility are designed for operation at a water temperature of -4 ºС and an air temperature of -35 to +35 ºС with humidity up to 95%. Thanks to this, the vessel can operate in sea and river bays without seasonal restrictions.

The laying down of "Stalebeton 0-02" is another step in the renewal of the fleet of auxiliary vessels for the oil and gas sector.
