AvtoVAZ has started accepting pre-orders for SKM M7 vans and minivans with a 2.0-liter gasoline engine, rear-wheel drive, and basic equipment including air conditioning, safety systems, and multimedia.
We are talking about two versions - a all-metal van and a passenger minivan. The company plans to publish the price list in the near future.
The models are equipped with a naturally aspirated 2.0-liter gasoline engine with a capacity of 137 horsepower and a torque of 194 Nm. The engine is paired with a five-speed manual gearbox. The cars allow the use of AI-92 gasoline. The drive is implemented on the rear wheels, the rear suspension is made on springs.
The minivan is designed for seven people, including the driver. The cargo version is capable of carrying up to 715 kilograms. The cargo compartment volume of the van is 5 cubic meters.
SKM M7 Equipment
The SKM M7 in the basic configuration received air conditioning, two airbags and a stabilization system. Disc brakes are installed on all wheels. There is also a parking sensor, a rear-view camera and a light sensor.
The car is equipped with electric mirror adjustment, LED daytime running lights and a multi-steering wheel. The list includes heated front seats and mirrors, a multimedia system and a digital dashboard. The ERA-GLONASS system and a telematics platform with three years of service and voice prompts are also installed.
Both versions received engine and fuel tank protection, as well as footrests. The outer body panels are made with galvanizing.
The passenger version is additionally equipped with ISOFIX mounts: one point on the second row and two on the third. There is also a LATCH standard mounting point on the third row and a system for locking the rear doors from opening from the inside.
The third-row seats are made removable. The climate system provides two additional heating elements for accelerated heating of the cabin.
