Crab catcher "Alexander Rodin" will be launched in July 2026

The vessel of project 03141 is designed for crab harvesting and delivery of live catch to the port

Nakhodka Ship Repair Plant continues the construction of the crab catcher "Alexander Rodin" of project 03141. The work is being carried out strictly according to schedule. Currently, pipelines are being installed on the stocks, the propeller-rudder group is being prepared, and the hull is being polished for painting.

The vessel is scheduled to be launched in July 2026. "Alexander Rodin" will be the fourth crab catcher in the fleet of Magadan companies. It is designed for crab harvesting and delivery of live catch to the port.

Vessels of project 03141 have an unlimited navigation area and an ice class that allows them to operate in broken ice. A key feature of the crab catcher is RSW tanks with cooled sea water to keep the crab alive during transportation. The project was developed by Viking as modular universal vessels. Length - 63.27 m, width - 10.6 m, displacement - 1586 tons, live crab transportation volume - up to 100 tons.
