The "Gaskar" holding announced the serial production of the unmanned "Sibiryak-5" complex. Production has been deployed in a full cycle, the company produces cameras, boards, electric motors, controllers and batteries.
The level of localization was declared at 85–90%, but the key indicator is the assembly speed. One drone rolls off the assembly line in 134 seconds. Currently, the line capacity is up to 10 thousand devices per month, with the prospect of increasing to 20 thousand.
The most important thing is that our hardware is inside the drone, namely the boards. If you make boards, you don't depend on suppliers in any way. We only purchase components in the form of chips, resistors and other components, and assemble them ourselves.
"Sibiryak-5" is positioned as an alternative to DJI Mavic. The flight range exceeds 17 km, the altitude is up to 1000 m, the autonomy is up to 90 minutes with two batteries.
The drone is able to maintain its position without a satellite navigation signal and automatically return using visual odometry.
