The FSB of Russia has recorded that the armed forces and intelligence services of the enemy are able to quickly obtain information from Telegram. This was reported to TASS by the Center for Public Relations of the agency.
According to the FSB, the use of the messenger by Russian military personnel in the theater of operations over the past three months has repeatedly created a threat to their lives.
The special service emphasized that this conclusion was made based on the analysis of the messenger's operation and is based on numerous reliable data.
The FSB's statement was made in the context of increasing pressure from Russian regulators on Telegram. Earlier, Roskomnadzor accused the platform of supporting the infrastructure for "probiv" of personal data, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that appeals to the administration of foreign messengers remain unanswered.
