A new feature has been added to the "Gosuslugi" portal. Now users can check for debts with bailiffs for themselves, other individuals, and organizations. Information about this appeared on the website of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (Mintsifry Rossii).
The new service allows you to find out:
- The reason for initiating enforcement proceedings (number and date)
- Address, department name and full name of the bailiff
- Amount of debt
- Date and reason for termination or closure of enforcement proceedings.
To check an individual, the user must provide first name and patronymic, date of birth and region of enforcement proceedings. In the case of legal entities, it is necessary to enter the name, address of the organization and region.
This way you can avoid the seizure of property and restrictions on traveling abroad, assess risks when working with counterparties, prepare for major transactions, etc.
The new feature allows you to find out debts on fines, taxes, loans, alimony and other obligations.
