The announcement for the sale of 100% of Domodedovo Airport's authorized capital, posted on the Avito website by PJSC PSB Bank, has been removed from publication. Currently, the listing is only available through the RTS-tender system, where electronic bidding will take place.

The auction is scheduled for January 29 and will be conducted in the format of a Dutch auction with a price reduction. The initial cost of the lot is 132.3 billion rubles, with a step-down of 13.2 billion rubles. The minimum price to which the asset's value can fall is 66.1 billion rubles. Applications are accepted until 17:00 Moscow time on January 28, and the deposit amount is 26.5 billion rubles.

Previously, the auction scheduled for January 20 did not take place. The sole applicant, individual entrepreneur Evgeny Bogaty, did not provide the full package of documents for admission to participate.

Domodedovo Airport is being put up for sale following a decision by the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region on June 17, 2025. Following a lawsuit by the Prosecutor General's Office, 100% of the shares of DME Holding LLC, which has owned the assets since 2024, were recovered as state revenue.

The removal of the listing from Avito underscores the need for a transparent and official sale procedure for major domestic infrastructure assets through state electronic platforms.
