Under the control of EAC Group are now Volga - Dnepr - Moscow, AirBridgeCargo Airlines, and Atran.

The media reported on Solodilin's intentions tobuy out the entire cargo group Volga - Dnepr back in September 2025.

Aviation expert Oleg Panteleev noted that the value of the group was due to its leading position in the global market fortransporting unique cargo, but this factor was negated due to sanctions.

However, Volga-Dnepr retained spare parts, an experienced team, and a fleet of aircraft. The group's official website states that it includes transport An-124 Ruslan and Il-76.

It should be noted that Russia no longer builds new Ruslan transporters. Panteleev explained to"First Technical" that resuming the production of 50-year-old aircraft is apointless endeavor.
