The certification flight lasted 3 hours 57 minutes

During certification, the import-substituted MC-21-310 aircraft with domestic PD-14 engines accelerated to a speed of 890 km/h. This was reported by the analytical blog "Fly Together."

The flight took place at the end of November in Zhukovsky. Board №73057 spent 3 hours 57 minutes in the air and climbed to a maximum altitude of 10500 m.

At the beginning of December, this aircraft again went on a test flight and spent about three hours in the sky, rising to a height of about 6800 m.

It is worth noting that according to the aircraft passport on the website of the United Aircraft Corporation, the cruising speed of the MC-21-310 with PD-14 will be 870 km/h, which corresponds to Mach 0.82. The practical ceiling is 11500 m.

The UAC also emphasized that a significant advantage of the new Russian medium-range MC-21-310 is a high level of comfort for passengers.
