An official Lada dealership has opened in the capital of Yemen (Sana), which has become one of the unexpected expansions of the brand's geography. Al-Qaili Auto Trading Company has become the distributor of AvtoVAZ cars in the country, and deliveries are organized through the Russian manufacturer's distribution network in the UAE.
According to information on the dealer's website, almost the entire current Lada model line is offered to Yemeni buyers: Vesta, Granta, Largus, Niva Legend, Niva Travel, Aura, as well as sports and commercial versions of cars. Prices for cars have not yet been disclosed.
Yemen is considered one of the poorest and most unsafe countries in the world, but AvtoVAZ continues to actively expand its export presence outside traditional regions. Earlier in 2025, the head of the company announced that new markets included not only Yemen, but also Serbia.
