The "Bolshaya Zemlya" Plant Released a New "Universal Robust" Loader for the Solis 130 Tractor

The loader's carrying capacity is 1700 kg, and the boom lifting height is 4 m

The Russian plant "Bolshaya Zemlya", a member of the "Rosspetsmash" Association, has introduced a new front loader "Universal Robust", designed for the Solis 130 tractor.

The carrying capacity of the equipment is 1700 kg, and the boom lifting height reaches 4 meters. The loader bucket completely dumps the load at a turning angle of up to 74°.

A feature of the design is the quick replacement of the working tool — one minute for dismantling and three minutes for installing the loader. The equipment is made of high-strength steel 09G2S with a safety margin of +25%, which can withstand frosts down to -70°C without losing its characteristics.

The loader boom is reinforced with an ovoid section and a channel in the lower part, the metal thickness in critical areas is 16 mm. The hydraulic system is hidden inside the boom and cross beam, which improves visibility and protects the hoses from damage. The 16–20 mm thick subframe beams and the 40 mm rack evenly distribute the load across the tractor frame.

All moving joints are equipped with modern articulated joints: metal-fluoroplastic sliding bushings with a low coefficient of friction, finger retainers to reduce wear, and rubber-metal washers to prevent dust and moisture from entering.

The "Universal Robust" loader is compatible with any working tools thanks to the frame with Euro couplings (EURO/SMS), which allows you to quickly install tools from different manufacturers.
