The assembly of the first "Atom" electric vehicle from the PT (Plant Trial) series has been completed in Moscow, marking a key stage in the launch program of the Russian EV. According to the press service of JSC "KAMA" — the developer and manufacturer of the model — the assembly of the PT series is aimed at standardizing the full cycle of serial production: from component logistics to final quality control.
The vehicles assembled within the PT framework fully comply with the standards of the future serial model — they use the same technologies, materials, and processes as the cars for end customers. According to Igor Povarazdnyuk, General Director of JSC "KAMA", the successful completion of this phase paves the way for the launch of commercial sales of "Atom".
Special attention will be paid to participants of the early booking program: a limited series with extended equipment and included service packages has been prepared for them. This will be a thank you for their involvement and support of the project in the early stages of its development.
