\"Yakovlev\" Increased Department Efficiency by 30% in Creating the MC-21-310

The Design Efficiency Department Reduced Response Time to Technologists from 40 to 12 Hours

The Design Efficiency Department of PJSC \"Yakovlev\" (part of the United Aircraft Corporation of the Rostec State Corporation) has reduced the response time to technologists in production during the creation of the MC-21-310 aircraft. This was announced by the head of the department, Ezhen Guriev, at the V Congress of Young Scientists in \"Sirius.\"

MC-21 on assembly

According to him, it is necessary to solve current problems, and not to be in the clouds.

For example, during the assembly of the MC-21, technologists have some questions. The task of the department is that the designer, who will solve the issue with the technologists in production, should spend a minimum of time on it. We have successfully coped with this; it used to take 40 hours, now we have reduced it to 8-12. With such small steps, we will come to a bright future.
Ezhen Guriev, Head of the Efficiency Department of PJSC \"Yakovlev\"

Guriev noted that the goal of \"Yakovlev\" is to give wings to the Motherland and become the first country to create civil aviation equipment on its own.

When we succeed, we will be the only ones in the world, not counting the USSR, of course.
Ezhen Guriev, Head of the Efficiency Department of PJSC \"Yakovlev\"

Aviation expert Roman Gusarov told \"Perviy Technicheskiy\" that the Irkutsk Aviation Plant (part of PJSC \"Yakovlev\" of the Rostec State Corporation) is capable of increasing the production of MC-21 aircraft to 36 units per year.

\"Perviy Technicheskiy\" is an industry information partner of the V Congress of Young Scientists.
